Please not that Troy’s experience is that clients only get the results when they are ready and motivated to make changes in their lives and deal with deeply held emotions and limiting beliefs. No results can be guaranteed and the modalities used by Troy are not intended to replace normal medical and psychological treatment. As such, Troy recommends that you seek treatment with a licensed medical professional such as your GP or Psychologist, prior to applying the techniques discussed on this site.

EFT Tapping Points Map
The tapping points commonly used in EFT sessions correspond to 12 major acupuncture vessels & meridians. These vessels and meridians are channels of energy which run through our physical body and have been used by acupuncturists for thousands of years to bring balance to the body and stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
It is not necessary to use needles to influence these energy channels, thus modalities such as Chinese ‘acupressure,’ (involves pressure applied by the fingers and hand only) are able to produce results.

My thanks to eft.com for this this diagram.
You are not required to know the acupuncture names for these tapping points to be able to do EFT. EFT Practitioners are required to know the location of each of these points, but are not required to know the acupuncture names to conduct an effective EFT session.
